End-of-year planning is underway and soon New Year's will be here. 🚨Warning- please do not create any plan for the new year until you have reflected on who you have been being all year!
Often we unconsciously move from goal to goal, year after year without really evaluating who we are being.
Often times we take unconscious old parts of ourselves into the new year and our new goals and are met with the same "why isn't this working???" feeling after coming down from the new year high.
👉 This FREE TRAINING will walk you through a short process I did on myself to consciously let go of parts of me I didn't know I was carrying for 8 years 🤯 once I did this, the 2024 version of me was created and the ideas and changes rapidly started flowing through again.
