I have been seeing so many coaches and entrepreneurs as of late starting and operating their businesses from a stress response/survival mode and then wondering where the clients are, why they aren't making enough money and questioning whether they should have left their day job.
I completely understand this and have lived it - I ran my business for many years from an unconscious space of "fight" - push through, produce, get out the posts, hit the numbers, set a new higher number, reach reach reach, do do do...until I couldn't do it anymore.
2022 was my crash and burn year.
2023 was my rebuild with simplicity and sustainability, year. ✅
2024 is my multiply year, without doing more, and I have accomplished all that already (my Q1 has exceeded what I have made in previous years) Now that I have built a business and life grounded in a regulated state I see evidence of creating more, multiplying, faster.
This was because of the work I had to do (choose to do) to build the foundations for things to soar in all areas of my life.
