"Excuses" meaning the fear, guilt, worry & sadness that you let get in the way of going after and creating all that you desire.

There are 2 kinds of people: 
1. Those who feel the fear anyway and do it
2. Those who feel the fear and let it keep them where they are

If you want to level up, you are going to have to feel the fear and do it anyway.

This is something I totally get. As someone who runs 2 successful businesses, is a mother to 2 beautiful children, and still manages to create time for herself, I too still get those feelings of doubt, fear, and (mom)guilt BUT I still do it anyway in terms of still do work I love, work to the level and hours that I desire, take time off for myself, take intentional time with my family, hire help at home and for my job, and STILL keep going despite the criticism, judgment, and limiting thoughts from others and myself!
