Some people think it’s:
- Airy fairy
- Not real
- Bad
- Not something you do when you are “religious”
- Elementary
- Not something they do or can do
When in fact, it's something you ARE DOING RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW as you are reading this.
You are doing it whether you realize it or not,
want to do it or not,
trying to do it or not,
religious or not,
deliberate or not.
YOU ARE DOING IT ALL DAY ERRRR- DAY.
